⾦沢を舞台に、人々との関わりの中で形を変え続ける楽曲を制作しました。ピアノソロ、弦楽四重奏、ジャズカルテット、アンビエントなエレキギターなど、演奏される編成によって姿を変えながらも、どの形でも耳に残るメロディを持つことを軸に作曲しています。本作品は、演奏されるたびに新たな解釈と姿を獲得しながらも、音楽の本質的なテーマを保持し続けることを意図しています。
以下、作品に込めた想いです。　
⾦沢市は⻑いあいだ戦⽕や⼤震災を免れてきた幸い、綿々と続く⽇本の原⾵景が街に溶け込み、豊かな⽂化を醸成してきた背景がある。戦前は⽇本海を渡る⼤陸への⽞関として、国内外を結ぶ交流の地でもあった。虚しく破壊が⾏れる21世紀の世界において、いまいちど「残す」意味を⾒つめ直したい。

This composition is based on the idea of creating a memorable melody that remains intact regardless of arrangement, while allowing the piece to transform through different performance settings such as piano solo, string quartet, jazz quartet, and ambient electric guitar. It is intended to continually acquire new interpretations and forms each time it is performed, while maintaining its essential musical theme across all versions.　
The following are the emotions embedded in the piece:
Kanazawa City has been fortunate to escape wars and major disasters for a long time, allowing the enduring beauty of Japanese nature to blend into the city and foster a rich culture. It was once a gateway to the continent across the Sea of Japan, serving as a hub for domestic and international exchanges. In the 21st century, where destruction can occur emptily, it is important to reconsider the meaning of ‘preserving.’”

健診センターに立体音響システムを導入し、アトリウム（待合空間）の音環境を設計しました。自然音や空間音響を用いることで、緊張感の軽減や滞在体験の向上を試みています。医療空間における聴覚からの空間設計 を実践し、無機質になりやすい空間に、没入感や心地よさを与えるサウンドデザインを行っています。
Gradationでは、音楽・環境音・立体音響を横断しながら、空間そのものの価値や体験を再設計しています。

We designed and implemented a spatial audio system for the atrium (waiting area) of a medical check-up center.By incorporating natural sounds and immersive spatial audio, the project aims to reduce tension and enhance the overall waiting experience.Through an approach to acoustic spatial design in medical environments, we created a soundscape that brings comfort and immersion to spaces that can otherwise feel sterile and impersonal.At Gradation, we explore the intersection of music, environmental sound, and spatial audio to redesign the value and experience of space itself.

ろう者を含むメンバーと共に、身体表現・声・リズムを用いた新しい音楽体験とコミュニケーションを探求しています。聴こえる / 聴こえないを超えて、音楽を共有体験として捉え直し、多様な感覚や身体性が交わる場を実践しています。DUMIでは、演奏技術だけではなく、関係性や体験そのものを重視しながら、音楽を通じた新しいコミュニケーションの可能性を模索しています。

Together with members including Deaf participants, we explore new forms of musical experience and communication through body expression, voice, and rhythm.Beyond the boundaries of “hearing” and “not hearing,” we reimagine music as a shared experience, creating spaces where diverse senses and physical expressions intersect.At DUMI, we value not only performance techniques, but also relationships and shared experiences themselves, while exploring new possibilities for communication through music.

オリジナルのギターケースや、エフェクターを用いた照明プロダクトを制作しています。持ち運びや収納だけではなく、演奏前後の時間や空間も含めて設計し、演奏の周辺に存在する感覚や空気感を再構築しています。Installでは、音楽を聴くものや演奏するものに留めず、日常空間の中で機能するアイテムとして設計・制作しています。同製品は、2026年秋以降の販売開始を予定しています。

We create original guitar cases and lighting products using guitar effect pedals.Designed not only for carrying and storage, but also for the time and space surrounding musical performance, these products reconstruct the atmosphere and sensations that exist around playing through the relationship between sound, light, materials, and space.At Install, we see music not only as something to listen to or perform, but as something that can function within everyday spaces through thoughtfully designed objects and products.The products are scheduled to be released after Autumn 2026.
