北海道にあるアイヌをテーマとしたナショナルセンター（博物館）のウポポイにおいて、新館イタクトマリがオープン。そちらの音楽と音響設計を担当しました。イタクトマリとは「ことばの港」を表すアイヌ語で、名前の通り、会場では飛び交うアイヌ語と、マイクに向かってアイヌ語を喋ると会場に変化が起きるようになっており、アイヌの世界をことばで存分に味わえます。常設展示作品なので、北海道に行かれる際にはぜひお立ち寄りくださいませ。

The new hall, Itak Tomari, has opened at Upopoy, the National Ainu Museum in Hokkaido. UnLike was responsible for the music and sound design for this new hall. “Itak Tomari” is an Ainu term meaning “Harbor of Words.” As the name suggests, the venue is filled with the Ainu language, and when visitors speak Ainu into the microphone, the venue transforms accordingly, allowing them to fully experience the Ainu world through words. Since this is a permanent exhibit, please be sure to visit when you are in Hokkaido.
